Mercedes-Benz GLE Estate GLE 63 S 4Matic+ Night Edition Premium + TCT 5dr Auto is based on a monthly period (minimum qualifying period of 180 days required) and can be off-hired by giving at least 5 working days notice (subject to availability and contract blackout periods) by completing an online VEHICLE RETURN REQUEST FORM. The vehicle will be off-hired when it has been returned to the specified de-fleet centre or has been collected by ourselves or third-party collection agent (collection is chargeable unless the vehicle is being replaced the same day, price can be quoted at the point of request).
As per the agreement, you must agree and comply with our TC1 Master Hire Agreement, Advice of Charges and any Appendum within the contracts.
Unlike other car subscription providers, you will only pay for the time in the vehicle, unless otherwise agreed or a minimum qualifying period has not been met. If you are replacing your vehicle with another car, then the collection of your old car is FREE OF CHARGE. When the vehicle is returned, the car will be subjected to a more in-depth inspection, this can take up to 30 days (Sometimes longer during busy periods or over holiday periods), the the de-fleet information comes through sooner from our suppliers then this will be actioned. Rental and Subscription vehicles are not applicable to BVRLA fair wear and tear guidelines, we do follow the BVRLA’s Rental Code of Conduct.
Advertised rentals for our flexible car subscription service is based on 1x rental taken upfront plus a Documentation Fee and a Refundable Deposit (Subject to Status), subsequent payments are taken by Direct Debit 1 month after the date of delivery and monthly thereafter, unless otherwise agreed. Credit Lines are subject to passing a satisfactory credit assessment. Terms may differ if you do not meet the criteria of the credit assessment.
All of the lower prices are based on a minimum qualifying period of 180 days, we reserve the right to charge at least 1.5 times the monthly payment if this has not been met, further details can be found on your rental agreement, we may also levy a delivery charge if you have not met this minimum term. A minimum of 1 month will be chargeable in all circumstances. Price advertised includes a discount for paying by Direct Debit of £100.00 plus VAT per calendar month.

MINIMUM TERM
Short-Term Flexible Car Subscriptions from this supplier are usually new, pre-registered or previously hired, where possible we will mark these on each individual car page. We occasionally advertise vehicles that have been Previously Hired, these may not be noted on the vehicle details, a member of the team can provide the current mileage and condition of the vehicle. VRM and/or photos of the actual vehicle will not be supplied until we have a valid credit line in place due to security. Vehicle maintenance is included if specified (maintenance expires when the vehicle reaches 3 years old, please see special conditions in the maintenance tab), Tyre provision is included if specified (except accidental damage, punctures, excessive wear, etc). Mercedes-Benz 24hr Breakdown Assistance is included with the vehicle (please refer to the manufacturers website for more information and cover lengths). Manufacturers Warranty is included as per the terms set out by the manufacturer and road tax is included for the duration of the subscription.

REQUIREMENTS
Car Subscriptions available to Business and Personal Users, For Personal Car Subscriptions please add VAT at the prevailing rate. If the VAT rate changes during the contract, a revised rental will be applicable. For Business Customers a monthly VAT invoice will be sent, consolidated invoicing is available for businesses with 10 or more vehicles, on request.
MILEAGE RESTRICTIONS
You are able to select different mileage restrictions on this vehicles, most subscription vehicles can be supplied with a minimum of 500 miles per month up to miles per month. Excess Mileage is applicable should you exceed the agreed mileage. For a quote on a mileage not advertised, please call the on or use the enquiry form.

Our vehicle data for the specification and the technical details is provided by a 3rd party and will vary depending on multiple factors, this can include the model year, purchased specification, additional or deleted options, etc. We do not guarantee the specification of any of the vehicles, however, the sales team will be pleased to provide confirmation of the chosen vehicle before an order form is produced, this is still not contactual and the vehicle delivered may differ.
